Requirements for employees arriving on Sakhalin

Dear colleagues!

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, during high alert mode arriving on Sakhalin for work-related reasons requires preparations due to a number of restrictions applicable to people entering the region.

See Sakhalin region Governor decree No. 43 dated May 12, 2020 (Russian)Upon entry, you will be required to provide negative COVID-19 test. The test must be taken no earlier than three days prior to arrival on Sakhalin.

Starting May 27, digital passes are mandatory.

Please make sure you have a copy of your labor agreement with you.

Please keep in mind that observational facilities are not recreational facilities; they have strict rules that must be followed.

We are always available for all employees in observation and are ready to make every effort to make sure these two weeks go smoothly.
