Part of Worley group of companies, ECC-VECO has more than 300 core employees working in major production facilities located in Sakhalin and Khabarovsk regions. ECC-VECO owns mobile offices and housing modules for personnel accommodations while performing work at construction sites.

ECC-VECO's incorporation and its operation are deeply connected to Sakhalin offshore project execution. ECC-VECO was incorporated on February 13, 2004 to execute subcontractor work for Sakhalin-1 and Sakhalin-2 projects.

Our main lines of business are design, construction and operation of oil and gas industry facilities.
