• daily routine maintenance and repairs of operational equipment, and process buildings;
• insulation installation and repair;
• scaffolding erection and dismantling;
• slowdown and turnaround services
• erosion control; reseeding of the process area to reduce dust;
• snow removal;
• roads and pads maintenance for process and non-process areas;
• maintenance and repairs of heavy mobile and non-mobile equipment, light equipment to support operating process;
• pipeline and right of way maintenance (including sleeve installation, reclamation, repair and construction);
• provision of personnel, equipment and materials.
