• daily routine maintenance and repairs of operational equipment, and process buildings;
• preventive maintenance of fire water system; refractory repairs;
• insulation installation and repair;
• scaffolding erection and dismantling;
• road maintenance at OPF, wellsite and access roads;
• erosion control; reseeding of the process area to reduce dust;
• snow removal;
• pipeline right of way maintenance;
• maintenance and repairs of heavy mobile and non-mobile equipment, light equipment to support operating process;
• provision of personnel, equipment and materials.
